Rod Position: The rod tip works best at least a 45 degree or better angle The higher the rod tip the farther the planner goes out
Trolling Speed: The bobber planer can handle up to 2 mph, but the best speed is between 0.5 and 1.5 mph
Depth: Adjust the length of the line with the depth adjusting clip
Line Tension: Use stainless steel screw
Strike Disengagement: When rigged for release, rigging line will pull out from under depth adjusting clip and slide down to bait or swivel
